These Terms govern your use of DarkScan Pro. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activities.
• You must be authorized to submit domains, IPs, emails, or data for scanning.

Authorized use

• No unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized access attempts.
• No scanning of assets you don’t own or control without permission.
• Respect third-party terms for integrated services (e.g., HIBP, Shodan, VirusTotal).

Service and reports

We provide security intelligence, alerts, and reports “as is” based on best-effort queries to third-party feeds and our analysis. Findings are indicators and may require human review.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew per your selection. Taxes may apply. See your plan for details.

Disclaimers

We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and limit liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months for the service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse or unauthorized submissions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk to the platform. You may cancel anytime.

Governing law

Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue as permitted by law.
